What have I been up to?

ALOT!!!  :)  But here are a few things that are getting my full attention!

Another thing - Hello Ladies Craft Show Season!!!! We have already been in 5 shows and have at least 3 more to go! busy, busy busy - here is a sneak peek of a few new things we are working on.....

(sorry for the quality)  but we are movin' and a groovin' along.

Sad Note: My dearest Grandma Green went home to glory in September, it was a great great loss, but she is in Heaven livin it up and playing Sorry and Trouble till the wee hours!

Hello!!!

Hey everyone!!! How has your summer been? Mine: CRAZY!!! Did you know I was going to the Dominican Republic? I didn't until a week before I went! I didn't even have a passport! God worked a miracle and got me a passport in 4 business days! It was such an amazing trip. It was the first crusade that our church has ever completely financed and worked, over 9,600 people gave their lives to Christ and there were 175 documented miracles!!! Such a life changing trip AND i got to spend it with some of my amazing friends.

WOW .... it has been a crazy time in the Deitering world! Here are a little taste of what has been going on.....

Hello Ladies - if you don't know, my 4 best buds and I decided to start a biz last year, name : Hello Ladies. We've done a couple of craft fairs, been online ... nothing major. BBBBUUUUTTTTTT - June 5th (my bday) we went to our first Farmers Market down at the

Little Rock River Market...

Our friend that has been working the market for a while now, told us to be there early to get a good spot - we got there at 4:30 and got a pretty crappy spot, BUT we made some money, sweated away a couple of pounds, made some new friends and decided to get there earlier. You can hop on over to the HelloLadies Blog for more "Tales from the River Market" ..... We decided to try a Tuesday at the River Market (the Farmers Market is open on Saturday and Tuesday) we did SOOOO much better and we were under a pavillion with fans and SHADE! it was great and we were well received by the people of the community.

My B-day was June 5th - 29 big ones. I got a $97 iphone from Wal-Mart......yiipppeee and I ADORE it. I ordered a super cute cover online, but it hasn't got here yet.... :-(  I am loving the camera on the iphone more than anything else at the moment. I am glad to finally have a good camera always on me, and I found a super cute app that takes poloroids.... like this one.

Our Youth at church also had our annual Variety Show. This years host was Sarah and my brother Josh - they dessed up like Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Josh even got the accent down perfectly. Here are a few fun pics.....

This was the "Dream Team" we handled the lights, computer, Dvd, camera, sound, background clapping and laughter, commentary....alll that and we were still gracious enough to take a pic. The guy in the middle is my BFF's husband and the HelloLadies Boss.  :-)

Well - that doesn't sound like a lot.....but it was. Now that I have some of that finished with, I can get back to some regular blogging (YAYAYAYAAAA). BUT I have to get off here and do some crafting for tomorrow's River Market AND have to take sweet baby Dot to the Vet - she isn't feeling too well today...

Cutest Wedding Ever ....

Soooo, I didn't actually "go" to this wedding, but I bet it was a blast. I found these pics on a Flickr Friends' blog and I had to share. I am normally not a fan of purple, but it was just too cute not to love. Head over to her website to see a ton more pics of the wedding.....

I'm seriously thinking about having another "wedding" at our 10 year anniversary and renewing our vows .... that would be so great and I would have SO much more fun than I did the first wedding. (nerves) heheheee - who knows, I've got a year and a half.  :)

Totally got my iPhone!!!!!

So the day after I wrote my last post, the iPhones went on sale at walmart and I totally snatched one up. I am writing from it now....trying out a blogwriter app. If any of you know a good one, let me know.

Tomorrow we are having all the youth from the church come over and swim and eat.... I'm pretty excited about it. I spent the evening cutting up japaleno peppers for a super amazing recipe that I will share really soon.

I'm back.....again

yes, I am back......again.   :-D

SOOOOO much has happened over the past couple of weeks, so let me break it down for you....

On May 2nd my oldest brother's house burned to the ground. They lost everything in the house including a most beloved dog. People came out of the woodwork to help them, and I think they are starting to get back on their feet. Praise God - no one was home or injured.

May 5th was my parents anniversary ----- I think it was their 30th or 31st.... I know, I'm a bad daughter for not remembering....oh well.

Still looking great and getting better all the time!  Love you! smooches!

May 6th was my step-daughters 7th birthday! She is such a cutie pie and I love her dearly!

May 9th was mother's day of course. My mom was in Texas helping my brother and his family with their house, so I didn't get to spend it with her. BUT she got to spend it with her mother, so that made me happy!

This week has THANKFULLY be slow. Other than I had to get a huge slide show together for our church Baccalaureate Service.....which I finished today.... thank you Jesus!

This weekend it going to be AMAZING....... Krystle and I (and Brand - our driver) are headed down to Austin, Tx for the first every Renegade Craft Show in Austin.

Krystle and I are going to craft all the way down and all the way back.....7 straight hours of craftiness!!!!! woohooo! AND we are going to try and meet Elsie.....

whom I adore and have been "blog stalking" for about 6 years..... it's a bad addiction, but I can't help it. ;-) My hubby is driving us, because he didn't want us traveling alone....I was upset at first, but then I realized that I couldn't craft if I drove....so it's working out perfectly.

The honeysuckles are out in full force here in Central AR..... I am loving driving around with the windows down (and the AC on of course) and that smell infiltrating my senses...... ahhhhh .... lllloooovvvveee.

I have a rose bush from Brand's grandma's house that I dug up about 6 years ago.....has never really produced more than 1 or 2 roses.... this year ....................... blooms everywhere. (would take a pic, but I can't find my little camera...)

something like this, not this big, but that many blooms. Weird. I think it heard me tell Brand that if I didn't see any flowers this year that i was going to dig it up and move it or get rid of it.... maybe I should threaten all my plants.... heheheee

Will be back more I promise. It's been crazy, but I miss blogging about my little crazy world. OH I will be back next time to tell you about trying to get a harness and leash on my fat cat....too funny!
